Unapologetically Jersey City.
For their newest luxury apartment development, Everton, the client sought a brand identity that captured the building’s significant exterior verticality and organic-inspired interior design while embracing the culture of Jersey City. The goal was to create a seamless blend between approachable luxury and cultural character.
The brand identity emphasizes Everton’s physical height through bold and vertically-distorted typography, while a typewriter-style secondary font adds a gritty texture. An earthy color palette, inspired by the building’s warm interiors and the classic brick facades found throughout the area, ties the development to its surroundings.
Every detail, from the logo to the marketing materials, was designed to reflect Everton’s balance of refined living and authentic local charm. The result is a brand that resonates with residents seeking both sophistication and a deep connection to the city’s evolving landscape.
